President
RaQuel Neal, LCSW
RaQuel is a licensed psychotherapist, system-of-care specialist, organizational development consultant, and engagement expert with over two decades of experience advancing leadership and workforce well-being in complex human services systems. She specializes in aligning state and local systems to operate sustainably, ethically, and in trauma-informed, culturally responsive ways
Grounded in data, research, and adult learning theory, RaQuel partners with agencies, universities, and state leaders to build learning communities that prioritize trust, accountability, and culturally responsive practice. Her approach supports a wellness workforce capable of delivering trauma-informed, family-centered services that honor the lived experiences of diverse communities.
She is also the co-founder of Align & Embrace, leading the Clinicians for Connections Movement- an initiative focused on supporting clinicians and institutions with transforming burnout and aligning values, practice, and culture.
At the core of RaQuel’s work is a belief that progress begins with connection and the removal of blame and shame. When people are supported to learn, reflect, and communicate, it paves the way to journey forward with clarity, courage, and care.

Dante Sewell, MSW
Dante is a strategic leader and thought partner committed to advancing clarity, integrity, and sustainable impact within organizations and communities. He brings a grounded, systems-oriented lens to his work, helping teams move from fragmentation to alignment and from intention to meaningful action.
At the core of Dante’s approach is a deep belief in accountability, shared responsibility, and people-centered decision-making. He is known for his ability to ask the questions that matter, surface underlying dynamics with care, and support leaders in navigating complexity with steadiness and purpose.
Dante earned his Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and is currently completing his Master of Public Administration, with graduation anticipated in May 2026. His work reflects a deep commitment to strengthening both people and systems, contributing to cultures and structures that are ethical, responsive, and resilient, and creating conditions where individuals and organizations can thrive together.
